Were I studied, Respiratory Therapy. As a salesman at heart I quickly found myself back in the world of Sales, Working for K&K Insurance Company as an Account Executive in the Sports Marketing Department. We managed Special sporting / entertainment events. Recently, spent the last 8 plus years of my career working at Tri-Co Solutions as Account Executive & Business Development Manager, The Fort Wayne Urban League as an Independent Contracted Executive that launched their New Job Board. Confident-Instruments Engineering Inc. That experience has heightened my knowledge in Engineering Sales and Talent Recruiting, with Entrepreneurial pursuits. Managed and Develop a Recruiting Team that generated over a million dollars in projects and staffing sales my first few years. My promotions lead me into a project management position. Recruiting Knowledge in Unigraphics NX, Catia V5 and Pro-E Software for the Heavy Duty Military Trucks, Aerospace, Defense, and the Medical Design and Engineering, well-equipped to recruit exceptional candidates for a variety Design and Engineering projects.
