About Anggreni Putri

I started my work journey joining Engineering Development Program with official bond for 5 years at PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa. My first job as Water Treatment Support Assistant at PT. DSSP Power Sumsel (Mine-Mouth Coal Fired Power Plant 2x150 MW). I learned a lot of things about operational water treatment process, chemical used, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID) drawings of the water process flow. Then, I’m working as Coal Handling Assistant, a lot of things I can do. Fun Fact, I love being busy. Data review, convert to Daily, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Report. Manage administrations and operational process in Coal Handling System as my daily activities. I learned a new skill here, SAP (System Application and Processing) for Maintenance activities and Materials Management. I’m checking and monitoring stock coal, fuel, materials and spare parts for the Heavy Equipment and Coal Handling section, Create Purchase Requisitions in the SAP, Follow up time delivery of the materials to related vendor. Then, plan to re-order the materials. Coordination with vendors and various parties is commonly happens. Enhance communication and coordination skills and also build up professional relation in work life. I’m creating maintenance notifications and identify equipment that must be repaired by Maintenance team, create Maintenance Orders to issue materials/spare parts in Warehouse and handle administrative process in SAP System for the finalization. The latest years, I'm experience working in Procurement Department. Processing and managing Purchase Requisitions for Operational, Maintenance and Power Distribution and General items. Both of material and service requirements. Purchase by local market and by importing process (China, America, and Europe). New skill is unlocked in this position, the Negotiation. Procurement need to gain the best price with best quality of material and service orders. I am familiar with implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO system standards. I had participated the development of certification process also certified as Auditor Internal in PT. DSSP Power Sumsel. Working with full responsibility and totality is my style. Once they give me a task, it means they trust me and I want to be able to provide maximum results. I'm quick learner and up for new challenges and opportunities. Work is a learning process every day. I believe there is always something new to learn.
