About Angie Doyle

I'm a transformation leader with 25+ years of experience turning strategy into real-world outcomes by aligning vision with delivery, simplifying complexity, and enabling high-performance cultures that thrive on change. As Director of the Program Office (Lean Agile) at Nike EMEA, I partner with senior leadership to shape direction and drive impact across 130+ teams, blending structure with flexibility in a global tech environment. Before Nike, I co-led a boutique consulting firm and served as an Associate Partner at one of Africa’s largest independent consultancies, scaling transformation practices across sectors including retail, banking, and telecoms. I’ve helped leaders and teams navigate uncertainty, shift legacy systems, and embed product-led ways of working that stick. I'm also a board member of the Agile Alliance, where I contribute to global strategy and champion inclusive, future-fit approaches to work.My approach blends product thinking, systems awareness, hands-on transformation leadership, and cultural empathy - grounded in the belief that sustainable change happens when leadership is aligned, teams have clarity, and improvement is continuous.
