As an HR and Compliance professional with a legal background (LL.B & LL.M), I bring a unique skill set to organisations navigating growth, regulatory complexity and workforce development. With over seven years’ experience in HR, labour relations, and business operations, I work at the intersection of people, policy, and compliance; especially within fast-paced environments like tech and software companies. I manage the full spectrum of HR functions: from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to employee relations, organisational culture, and offboarding. My legal training strengthens my ability to interpret legislation, draft policies and contracts, and ensure full compliance with employment law, B-BBEE, Employment Equity, Skills Development (WSP/ATR), and corporate governance requirements. I also manage internal compliance efforts aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and provide oversight on marketing and office operations. Whether implementing HR systems, developing compliance frameworks, or supporting technical teams with process design, I add value through structured thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and practical, legally sound solutions.
