About Angie Epps

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), I lead marketing strategy and brand management for the largest public utility in the country. I have more than 20 years of experience in marketing resource management, research, media, and digital strategy. I hold an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee and UI/UX credentials from Human Factors International. My core competencies include developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, building and nurturing brand partnerships, creating and delivering compelling brand stories, designing and managing experiential and event marketing promotions, leading and coaching a talented team, and measuring and analyzing key performance indicators. I am passionate about making life better for the people in the Tennessee Valley by sharing the unique value that TVA delivers with clean energy, environmental stewardship and economic development initiatives. I collaborate with local power companies (LPCs) and other stakeholders to drive familiarity and ultimately favorability and preference for the public power model. I also foster a culture of innovation, change, and thought leadership within my organization and the industry.
