Ever since I was a child, I've loved solving problems, I'm so lucky to provide my passion as a service to others. Here's how I do that. I specialize in improving performance by managing and optimising a company's business processes. Which is a fancy way of saying, I solve problems. By utilizing my technical acumen to automate business processes, and integrating human-driven processes that parallels the use of technology I provide clean and efficient workflows using the following steps- Visualize the functions and processes for the project - Determine the appropriate measure to consider the project a success - Analyze the current and suggested process to determine an optimal improvement - Select, build, and implement the improvement process needed - Deploy this implementation and monitor the improvement - Revamp the project based on real-world data, not just on assumed knowledge I'm always looking for a new problem to solve, so if you've got a problem you need hand with, feel free to contact me directly at wanderlustwilliams@gmail.com.
