About Angus Chan

Over 25 years of experiences in consulting and with most of delivery experiences related but not limited to SAP, I am experienced in managing projects with various technologies such as SAP ECC, S/4Hana, integrations, cloud migration, RPA, etc. I am also experienced in various methodologies to deliver green-field implementations, global roll-outs, agile project projects as well as waterfall. Currently I am head of delivery in Hong Kong and oversees about 10 projects in which I have project managers daily managing the project but I would also be project manager myself for important or large projects such as Dairy Farm Hybris implementation when we first started, Cathay Pacific SAP implementation which had 130 consultants at peak time, and I was APAC Program Manager for Estee Lauder global roll-out of SAP from 2010 - 2012 before I joined Capgemini. Change management and integration are two key components in my projects. Large and complicated projects would always need good change management to ensure successful process transformation and adoption. Integration is also crucial to large programs as there are always a lot of external systems and parallel sub-projects under-going. Integration to those external systems as well as testing strategy and execution are important areas in integration.
