Specialist outlet shopping consultant assisting operators and retailers with their operational strategies. This includes their approach to site identification, on site management, health and safety, relationship management with both landlords and/or brand partners, as well as the ability to review ongoing sales and marketing strategies. A Director of Realm Limited for fifteen years, Angus had executive responsibility for all elements of the company’s commercial operations activities, including centre management, retail operations, facilities management, Safety, Health and Environment and marketing. Working closely with the portfolio’s brand partners, Angus had a focused insight in to the workings of turnover based leases and helped introduce and subsequently work with data driven technology to ensure that sales delivery and growth was maximised. • Angus started his career at Realm as a Leasing Manager, being part of the team responsible for the repositioning of a number of major UK outlet schemes, including Freeport Braintree, Clarks Village and Junction 32, Castleford. He previously held senior positions within BAA plc, McArthur Glen, Adidas (where he was responsible for the UK and European outlet portfolio) and KPMG plc. He has worked in the outlet sector since joining McArthur Glen in 1996. • Angus was one of the founding directors of Total Turnover Solutions (TTS), launched in September 2020, a 50:50 JV with Eccleston Capital, that focuses on the (post Covid-19) asset management of shopping centres using revenue orientated leases.
