Global Standards and Regulations Compliance Strategy and PrioritizationDevelop and maintain strategies for Business Unit participation and compliance, including the prioritizing of the activities to meet the growing compliance requirements for market access. Identify the most highest impact risks, and develop the enterprise risk management scheme for mitigating potential negative results. Work with the internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient Standards/Regulations resources are available to influence the highest impact activities, and the organization is applying and managing them in the most efficient manner for positive results. Responsible for identifying new initiatives or proposals in standards or regulations that may impact Rockwell Automation Products, Systems and Solutions global business.Responsible for analyzing the potential impact of the identified initiatives in collaboration with subject matter experts and the impacted business units.Support Business Units in the development of a strategic business response to the initiative which will include a specific strategy for participation in identified organization activities to achieve business specified objectives. Responsible for the management of a global pool of RA subject matter experts authorized to represent business interests in identified organization activities in support of the participation strategies.Responsible for the development and maintenance of internal policies and processes that enable the business units to meet the Standards, Conformity Assessment and Regulatory practices demanded by our customers. Lead participants as Rockwell Automation representatives in the management of selected strategic partner organizations that develop standards and industry positions in response to these initiatives. Support business unit employee participation as subject matter experts in specific technical and business committees of these organizations and is responsible for the training and succession planning of these resources.
