Career and Transition Advisor/Administrator for CATS (Career, Advising & Transition Services) at McGill University's School of Continuing Studies. My position involves advising students, engaging with employers, and working with the rest of CATS to enhance the delivery, usage, and outcomes of our services. In my previous positions, I have used my interpersonal skills to provide individualized assistance to clients while simultaneously creating a sense of community where people feel comfortable expressing themselves and helping others around them. My commitment to providing individual and group support has helped me to consistently boost client confidence, place participants into jobs in their fields, and gain a solid intake of new clients through referral from satisfied former clients.
