About Angus Tindle
My name is Angus Tindle and I’m a Research Director at IFF Research. I joined the research industry since 1998 and have worked on an incredibly varied range of studies since then. I've explored financial services both from the business and consumer perspective; I've a considerable track record in understanding the customer experience (including using ‘customer journey’ techniques to plot experiences in detail and explore how they can be optimised) and I frequently work with benefit claimants to understand the impact of welfare and employment policies and pilots.
