I am part of the dynamic team at Equinix, the world's leading digital infrastructure company. As a CRE Associate, my primary responsibility is to assist in overseeing corporate real estate planning, office relocation, process implementation, and daily operations across multiple offices in the assigned region. In my role, I support strategic space planning, manage budgets, and ensure a positive workplace experience for staff. I collaborate closely with the CRE Manager to ensure adherence to company processes and policies. I also supervise contractors, manage vendors, and prioritize business continuity and health & safety. Before joining Equinix, I honed my administrative and event management skills at TikTok, where I developed and implemented office policies and procedures, created tracking systems, coordinated mail delivery, planned and coordinated events, and scheduled and organized conference room bookings and external visitors' calendars. I have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto, where I am also obtaining a certification in Project Management. I am passionate about learning new technologies, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service and support to diverse and dynamic organizations.
