Graduated from St. Petersburg High School in St. Petersburg, FL in 1987. Attended Florida State University where I was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, Lambda Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and a Florida State Batgirl for the FSU Baseball Team. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Criminology, attended Lively Law Enforcement Academy and then was hired immediately following by the Ocala Police Department, with a start date of September 11, 1994. Currently serving as the Ocala Police Department's Special Operations Bureau Major. I am in my 28th year with the Ocala Police Department. I have served as a Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, DARE Officer, Mounted Patrol Officer, a Detective in Property Crimes, Economic Crimes, Major Crimes, Sex Crimes and Crimes Against Children, and a supervisor in Patrol, Youth Development, Investigations Bureau, as the Department’s PIO and Professional Standards Captain. Married for 24 years to Michael Scroble. Have one daughter, Sydney Scroble. Also, one brother, Cameron Brumbelow, who is an attorney in St. Petersburg, FL. Outside of my primary job, I am the Coordinator and Head Coach of Cheerleading at Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala, FL.
