About Ani Asatryan

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Ardshinbank CJSC, I leverage my cross-cultural communication skills to foster a positive and diverse working environment, bridge management and employee relations, and support the bank's strategic goals and vision. I have over 5 years of experience in the HR field, including 1.5 years as an HR Manager at Optym, a software company that provides optimization solutions for the transportation industry. There, I was responsible for hiring and interviewing staff, administering benefits and leaves, enforcing company policies, and managing a performance appraisal system. I also coordinated and facilitated various events and activities to enhance employee engagement and retention. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the HR domain.
