About Ania Anderssen

I have +20 years’ experience in the planning and development of major infrastructure projects for the Transport, Water and Oil & Gas industries. My experience encompasses project management with a focus on multi-disciplinary interface coordination, surface infrastructure planning, tender evaluations and GIS/DE management. I am passionate about minimising technical risks on major projects and am committed to their active management throughout the entire project life-cycle. • Employing my interpersonal skills and collaborative style, I have effectively managed major project interfaces including Design-Operational Interfaces, Utilities and CSG technical and regulatory approvals. • I have experience in both development and delivery of major TfNSW projects, including Concept and Reference Design development, SWTC development, tender evaluation, RFI and variations, detail design package coordination and review. My proven success record would not be possible without the ability to coordinate the interfaces between various service providers and stakeholders whist working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic project environment.
