Hello, my name is Ania Davis. I am a soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Finance (Spring 2024). Over the past two years, I pursued a Business Administration degree at Chabot College while working and studying full-time during the height of the pandemic. This experience highlighted my passion for certain areas of business, and I earned my AA in Business Administration, AA in Liberal Arts, and a certificate in Business Administration. For the past five years, I have worked as a coordinator for activities at a neurobehavioral skilled nursing facility. This role required me to work with people from diverse backgrounds and develop strong communication skills. I particularly enjoyed being the go-to person for complex problem-solving, whether it was for clients or staff. This position allowed me to build confidence and leadership skills, which I believe will be valuable in my future career. I am interested in Financial Advising, Real Estate, and Business Administration with a focus on Business Finance. Personal finance has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy helping people achieve their life goals. I look forward to joining a diverse and open-minded team to dive into these roles. Some things I love include photography, reading, organization, charts, and all things personal finance. Through my job, I have gained valuable skills in time management, health and safety management, process improvement, client relationship building, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building. For example, I have successfully managed projects, increased client satisfaction, and improved safety procedures. As an aspiring financial advisor with strong leadership and communication skills, I am always looking to connect with other professionals in the finance and real estate industries.
