Ania has experience in business development in the fields of marketing, sales, fund raising management, and recruiting. With working for 8 years with fortune 100 and 500 companies Ania has developed a passion for seeing people and businesses succeed. Ania has held positions at Chicago Bar Association, New York Life Insurance Company, Oak Park Arts District Marketing Coordinator, and created her own consulting firm, KCG consulting, where she worked recruiting sales representatives and worked closely on marketing plans using social media and creative marketing for the fortune 100 company, New York Life. While pursuing her own ventures, Ania also has served as Co Chairmen to a number of events in efforts to raise proceeds for the Shiner's Children's Hospital which her events have been featured on WGN and Fox News.
