About Anielle Berthelot

Achieving sustainable change involves partnering with all levels of the organisation. The goal continues to be strengthening HSE, so it is both agile and fit-for-purpose. Working with all individuals and teams from frontline to executive leadership, is vital to understanding ‘what will make safety the way it is done every time’. It is also necessary that this is learnt by the organisation organically. My role is to drive change, influencing people and supporting their journey to reach this destination.Working closely with businesses to explore and develop exciting opportunities in Health, Safety and Environment across a global network. My experience across areas of Quality, Risk and HSE, is used to continually grow health, safety and environmental management aligned to strategy and vision. At the heart of the matter, support each other’s safe return home.
