Demonstrable expertise with a proven track-record of performance in greenfield, brownfield projects and exploration/appraisal projects in a variety of field/fluid set-up. Effective communicator with ownership mindset and robust analytical skills; capable of fostering strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect.Experience - Upstream Fields: Panna-Mukta and Mid & South Tapti fields (shallow water) of PMT JV (Shell-RIL-ONGC), KG-D6 (R-Series, MJ fields : deep-water and HPHT) of RIL-BP JV.Reservoir Engineering & Management: Experience in field development planning & optimization and reservoir management of shallow and deep-water fields including History matching & performance prediction to support the asset management. Experience in developing customized subsurface workflows for varying field/fluid set-up in collaboration with other technical functions.Production Technology & Optimization: Experience in Integrated Reservoir Modelling and skilled at decision-based optimization to support Integrated Asset Modelling. Expertise in subsurface simulation modelling, production data analysis using MBAL, DCA, diagnostic plots etc. Experience in identifying bottlenecks for optimal production, and identification of well intervention opportunities. Lead implementation of digitization including automation of PDMS processes and well monitoring in PMT JV.JV Management: Expertise in working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams under the JV environment and managing stakeholders to deliver asset /organizational goals.
