I am a results-driven engineering professional with extensive experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Control Systems, and Safety-critical Development across the aerospace, automotive and energy industries. Over my career, I have guided complex programs from concept through delivery, consistently bringing together teams, technologies, and processes to solve challenging engineering problems and advance innovation in electric-hybrid propulsion and control systems. I have led international, cross-functional teams in the development of high-fidelity simulation models, digital twins, and advanced embedded systems, working across the full life-cycle of safety-critical hardware and software. I focus my efforts on creating a psychologically safe environment for my team, rooted in empathy, and mentorship - an environment where engineers feel empowered, and supported to do their best work, and feel motivated to achieve both technical and personal growth.
