Key Responsibilities handled: 1. Shipment tracking from the Load port to destination port (ETA & ETA) & confirm from Buyer also on timely delivery. Inquiry with Bank & Buyer about the Payment on the due dates. Prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documentation as per PO,PI, & LC terms 4. Timely arrangement of Vehicle & Containers for stuffing of Shipments. Follow up with CHA to fill Custom Documentation on time, Transportation & rail out of Containers as per vessel planning. Make Export Billing & inter-Unit Billing through SAP SD Module. Making Proper shipment planning & Co-ordinate with Production, Marketing, and Quality & Account department for execution of Export Shipment. Taking freight from Shipping Line/Airline. Deal with CHA & Forwarder for rate negotiation, Compare with other & take best rate. Check & verify BL/AWB as per Normal & LC term and give final approval to CHA. To prepare Daily, Weekly & monthly MIS report & reporting General Manager. Application of Export Incentive like DEPB, Duty Drawback, Focus Market Schemes & licenses etc.
