About Anil Dham

Since 2002, I have been involved in real estate development, rentals, and commercial transactions as an investor and managing member of a development company. I am always evaluating investment opportunities and professional opportunities. My primary focus has been on redeveloping distressed assets and bringing them back onto market for maximum value. Rehabbing and redeveloping houses are skills I have honed in from a long career as a physical therapist having to rehab people back to prior level of function post injury or surgery. It has remarkable similarities in terms of process and planning. In 2013, the residents of the Borough of Royersford elected myself and a team of 3 other first time candidates to Borough Council. I embraced this challenge helping our community fill numerous storefronts, began a significant riverfront revitalization, and currently serve as President of Council since 2016. I have slowly transitioned out of a much beloved health care career, where I have been a Physical Therapist primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting since most recenty serving as the site manager for the Limerick Rothman Institute PT department from 2017 through 2022 I have also worked within inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and a start up acute care surgical hospitals system. I have always enjoyed fun side gigs- From 1998 to 2015 I had performed independent contract work for several mystery shopping and customer service evaluation companies.
