More than 14 years of professional experience out of which 10 year 02 Months experience with Engineers India Limited as Lead Engineer Position for projects in India and overseas. Presently acting as lead Engineer, having over all responsibility as lead reviews and comments of other departments/supplier's / contractor's interface documents/ drawings, preparation composit contract documents for mechanical works, piping material and layout (involves checking of material take off, making requisition for procurement, material substitution and managing site quarries) and also Preparation of pipe & valve material specification, complete involvement in preparation & compiling of mechanical tender (mechanical works-piping, insulation & painting) for composite works, technical bid analysis for piping components, preparation of Purchase Specifications, and also preparation of technical proposals for new jobs, man-hour estimation, preparation of schedule of deliverables, also involved in the preparation of job specific specification and other specification required for procurement, Reviewing and commenting of Process Licencors Package, vendor drawing/documents & also review of material deviation submitted from various suppliers/ site. And also managing piping department related activities like piping corridor study, preparation of scope documents for packages, and also And as lead engineer successfully completed two jobs with complete project responsibilities providing engineering and projects assistance to the execution team at site. Also posted at various sites to resolve field engineering issues raised by construction team, Familiar and conversant with international standards like ASME 31.3, ASTM, ANSI,ACI & BS and also software package like AutoCAD, PDMS office automation packages like MS Office platform and have also used some of the Piping software packages for material /design related activities viz. IPMCS,WALL THICK CALCULATION,PPMS,PMMS,SORPS,eDMS & SAP DMS
