About Anil Harkhani

I consider myself as a person with strong work ethic, leadership skills and results-driven attitude. I use analytical approach to accomplishing complex tasks. I have a good level of understanding in Interpersonal relations which helps me a lot at my work in order to build strong relationship with my patients. My objectives for the future particularly include changing the misconception of pharmacy being a “count and pour” profession and emphasizing the importance of counseling patients. Pharmacy is now the central connecting link between the physicians and patients. Pharmacists study in great detail the various characteristics of drugs, their interactions and their disposition in the body. Physicians can identify the problem and pharmacists help by assisting in providing the solution. As a pharmacist, making the common public aware of this is one of my major goals for future. Also, counseling the patients on their medications should be one of the key duties of the pharmacist. Pharmacists have the knowledge and it is critical that this knowledge be shared with the patients for their health care. These are some of my goals for future to provide better service for the community.
