Extensive and in-depth experience of 39 years with expertise across all the functions of a business or organization. Having represented three organizations while single-handedly driving the ISO 9001:2008 registration and renewal audits, I possess the skills to guide and advise any organization to sail through this critical process with ease. I specialize in the following Pre-Audit Consulting Services for ISO 9001:2008 1) Visiting the premises/work place 2) Meeting with the MR (Management Representative) to identify requirements 3) Conducting meetings with MR & all the internal auditors and section heads 4) Reviewing the existing QMS documents 5) Conducting mock audits 6) Visiting the individual departments & inspecting the processes 7) Noting on- the- spot observations & documenting the same 8) Discussions with MR, dept. heads/process heads regarding the discrepancies observed 9) Suggestions & guidance regarding corrective measures towards the discrepancies 10) Follow-up visits to review the compliance status 11) Personal presence, if needed, at the time of Registration Audit and/or Renewal Audit by certifying agency It has been observed that while an organization prepares for an audit, there may be several weak areas in every department, where many lacunae DO exist, which can lead to many NCs, a.k.a Non Compliances. Eg: There may be issues with Design & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Quality Control, Stores etc. It’s quite natural that sectional heads may overlook these gaps owing to their busy schedules. Moreover, even if such gaps do get noticed, it is difficult to rectify them alongside their existing responsibilities. This is where I step in and fill the shoes.
