Review and sign off NAV and Financials of the Private Equity that include recording Journal Entries & preparation of Financial Statements. • Preparing the NAV for the private equity client on a monthly/quarterly basis(Master-feeder structure). • Posting Bank transactions on monthly/quarterly basis and maintain prepayment & accruals files for each funds. • Posting monthly / Quarterly valuation and preparing stock and cash reconciliation and resolving, If any breaks. • Recording of capital activity & distribution/ Equalization/ reallocation of expenses and finalizing the book of accounts. • Responsible for preparing capital call / Distribution notices and capital account statement(CAS) on monthly/quarterly basis • Finalizing month end NAV for the client and providing Investor level allocation reports at month end. • Supporting operation on projects related to automation/ migration of funds from onshore. • Coordinating with internal/External stake holder such as securities/Trade and pricing team, reporting team,Investor services team, Auditors, client services manager. • Understand and complete ad-hoc requests from clients.
