Ex IRSE'93 batch Officer of Indian Railways having 28+ years experience of Railway Roadbed, Track, Bridges and Buildings construction and Maintenance (including High Speed Projects). Have worked in passenger group A routes, heavy mineral routes of CKP divn and KK line, high speed track project in Malaysia in various positions up to senior management. Delivered projects in adverse environments. Have worked extensively with Mining firms in Iron ore, cement, bauxite, finished steel products and containers for transport logistics including Railway yards for RLS, Tipplers, Merry Go Rounds, inland and port container depots, Mid section takeoffs, related signaling and OHE works. I am methodical in Project Management, plan works to minutest detail, assign full responsibility to each team member, track works with same detail and identify components needing fast tracking in advance. This systematic approach has resulted in timely delivery of projects with memorable and stress free work experience for all team members. Multi disciplinary complex projects are my forte. Railways have taught me basic skills of project planning, Materials management, Human Resource Management and Finance Management which come handy for Projects.
