As a Senior Consultant at GovCIO, I leverage my extensive experience in software development and databases to design and implement stories as part of scrum using various technologies such as C#, asp.net, MVC model, java script, Jquery, and Oracle. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a strong expertise in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of diverse clients. In my previous role as a Sr Principal Engineer at SAIC, I was responsible for implementing the Formulation budget for NASA, which supports the PPBE process (Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution). I consolidated budget numbers from all control account managers, centers, and other organizations within NASA, provided data entry through a comprehensive online screen, and allowed NASA to formulate and modify budget numbers for annual budget submissions to OMB and Congress. I also maintained a unique structure throughout NASA using MDM (Meta Data Manager) and provided various custom reports using reporting services. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative and effective solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government agencies.
