As an influential and strategic marketing leader, I have comprehensive expertise designing and executing strategic plans and programs, using market research and data analysis, and scaling organizations for significant growth. Over the course of my career, I’ve distinguished myself as a trusted leader and advisor who cultivates supportive work environments and facilitates employees’ professional growth. Currently, I serve as the global marketing director of imaging and physiology at Abbott Vascular, where I lead an eight-member team in upstream and downstream marketing. Before this, I served in many other senior-level roles at Abbott Vascular, including marketing director for the Asia Pacific and Japan regions and general manager of Southeast Asia. I’ve made countless significant contributions throughout my tenure at Abbott, including: • Launching and scaling an imaging and physiology division and team, overseeing marketing and branding for the new segment and developing a long-term upstream roadmap to grow franchise revenue by +25% from 2020 to 2021. • Establishing a global partnership and distribution agreement with Coroventis Research AB, introducing pioneering diagnosis capability for coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) to market; launching and scaling the program across the EU, US, and Asia to secure a global foothold. • Establishing, leading, and scaling a new APAC region and team; received an expanded scope to lead all three global Abbott franchises. • Designing a comprehensive evidence-based stent marketing toolkit to maintain the organization’s lead in a highly competitive marketplace; the toolkit subsequently scaled globally across the organization as best practice.
