Mechanical Project/Lead Engineer offering a progressive experience of over 15 years, with proven domain expertise in Engineering Consultancy and EPC Company. Expertise in HVAC, Team Management and Project Engineering. •10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy business. •4+ years of experience of managing engineering of mega Nuclear power projects (700MWe Indian PHWR reactors) as Mechanical lead. Responsible for basic engg. package & controlling mechanical deliverables, coordinating multi-discipline project activities to ensure work gets done according to project priority and on schedule. •2+ years of experience as Technical Project manager of inhouse industrial/infrastructure projects in SIEMENS India. Responsible for sustainable solutions and part of executing energy efficiency program across various manufacturing facilities in India. •Associated with Preliminary design of Chilled Water System for ITER fusion reactor, France. •Expertise in HVAC and have performed all activities from basic engineering to detailed design for large nuclear, pharmaceutical and infrastructure projects. This mainly includes P & IDs, Design Calculations, Design Basis Reports, Technical Specifications, Equipment Data Sheets, Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor Drawing Reviews. •Expert in interdisciplinary coordination with Electrical, I&C and Civil Departments for integrated engineering solution to the client. •Experienced in activity planning, team management and resource allocation. •Responsible for Project financials P&L, Stakeholder (internal and external) management, scope control, quality control, Risk Management, and timely delivery as per schedule. •Experienced in managing HVAC and mechanical activities using 3D based software like PDMS and Cadmatics. Knowledge of 3D design review using NAVIS Works. •Experience in preparation of technical proposal on grassroots and revamp projects. •Knowledge of International Codes & Standards ASHARE, SMACNA. Also familiar with ASTM, ASME, API, ISO & Indian standards. •Excellent team member/ leader, skills in guiding, motivating, training and working with and through people.
