A Purpose driven Business Leader with more than two decades of experience in managing all things Commercial in the hospitality Industry. I have spent the last 13 years, building and leading large and complex Sales and Commercial organisations for some of the leading Domestic and International Hospitality companies in India. A day well spent for me is when I am able to create a positive impact in someone's life, personally or professionally. I love guiding and supporting others' development through coaching. I like to be open and authentic with people in my life. I treat challenges as great learning opportunities and am able to shift my thinking quickly and adapt to the demands of the situation. As a leader, I like to create and endorse a culture of openness and inclusion, and encourage my team to take ownership by allowing them to decide how best to approach their work. An environment where they can thrive and feel excited and trilled to be. I love travelling to Mountains and Beaches. A big fitness enthusiast.
