Greetings everyone! Anisa Roy this side. I'm good at communication skills and a fast adapter in new working environment as well. I'm a fast learner and a team player. When it comes to languages I'm having good fluency in English, Hindi as well as Bengali. I am having leadership qualities as well as problem solving skills as I can handle any pressurized situation in a calm way. I am a Passionate, honest and hard working person and having a well disciplined personality with a positive attitude. By working as a sales intern in ITC Limited, it has helped me to improve my communication skills, team management skills, event management skills, learn budgeting, group discussions and many more and also how to handle many things in a stipulated period of time and hence it helped me to become a multitasker on the same by handling different customers at one time. By working in the retail industry, I have achieved great amount of sales targets and was able to do good conversions and customer retention and has influenced the customers with positive attitude to purchase more than one product at a time and hence achieved customer satisfaction to the fullest.
