I recently began my career as a Realtor® and cannot wait to support people in achieving their goals! Qualified and highly competent Business Manager with a focus on servant leadership. Possessing extensive experience in the Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Regulatory Compliance fields. I have exceptional interpersonal relations and solution leadership abilities. Let me tell you a story: During my tenure as a Veterinary Practice Manager, I discovered that I cannot read minds (don't tell my children;)). What I could do, however, was pay attention. I paid attention to both the parent's and the patient's moods and movements, their words and/or lack of words. I paid attention to their interactions with others and the vibe they gave. I paid attention to their needs, but more importantly, I paid attention to them. You see, the patients and their parents couldn't always tell us what was wrong or what hurt, but when you paid attention, these things always told a story (occasionally, saving their lives). Why am I telling you this? Because, not everything is obvious or readily understood! When you pay attention to what's going on around you, whether personally or professionally, you are better able to focus on what is necessary and important, while filtering through the rest. This understanding has allowed me to successfully navigate this world and overcome tremendous obstacles. I will forever be a work in progress, but I look forward to what more is in store!
