About Anish Dhingra

I am currently a Management Assistant at Enterprise Holdings. On a daily basis I interact with at least 50 customers to meet their car rental needs. This all starts with a phone call from a customer inquiring about our services to following up on their overall experience once they return a car. My goal with each customer is to make sure their expectations are met and that they walk out of our branch with a smile on their face remembering the value I added to their experience. I'm self-motivated and passionate about learning and collaborating with my peers. From starting my own tutoring business to working for the world's largest car rental company, I've grown my skills in customer service, sales, marketing and operations. Exceeding my monthly quotas consistently and receiving positive reviews from customers on Google reviews, has helped me identify that my strengths are in sales and customer service. When I'm not taking care of customers or putting my name as "Top Sales Employee" in the End of Day (EOD) reports, I am most likely playing or watching hockey games. My favourite position in hockey is goalie because not only do I save shots, but I like to be the one to rely on (just like at work)!
