Immunologist fascinated by AMR, immuno-oncology, cell and gene therapies, working at the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research in the Sample Processing team. As a Senior Lab Tech, I will be designing workflows and optimizing processes for an upcoming regulated lab space. At Blueprint Medicines, my role as Senior Research Associate harnessed my expertise in molecular biology and immunological lab techniques to propel cancer drug discovery and biomarker identification. Our team developed and optimized high-throughput assays, leveraging skills like liquid handling, flow cytometry, and nucleic acid analysis of tumor microenvironments for PK/PD evalutation. I developed my core immunological techniques during my MS program in Microbiology and Immunology at Georgetown University. With certifications like AI Fundamentals from IBM and AI applications in Pharma/Biotech from MIT, I am not only grounded in practical lab work but also poised to embrace innovative technologies that can transform research landscapes. Empathic communication is a strength that I've effectively utilized to present complex data clearly and collaborate across diverse teams.
