Without pain, we wouldn't know joy." This adage is one that keeps me motivated through every facet of life. I graduated from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church with a GPA of 3.25 in May 2019. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Language with a focus on Business Communications. However, life had a different plan in store for me graduating right at the precipice of the world shutting down with the Covid-19 pandemic."In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity" said by Sun Tzu. I built a strong exterior and superb customer service and client-facing skills, I developed a love for talking to people even as an introvert, and I enjoy a conversation sitting down, delving into a person's needs by figuring out how I can best serve them. Landing in the world of Benefits and Insurance allowed me to strike a nice balance to help others and develop as a person that can meet client needs. I love breaking down difficult terminology or concepts, strategizing and explaining the ever-complex world of benefits and insurance in laymen's terms, how insurance works, and more.
