I am Anisha Chugh, a Real Estate Consultant with many years of experience in advising and guiding prospective buyers and sellers on managing their real estate assets. Property is an emotion - whether investing or disinvesting it is an important emotional and financial decision and starts and ends on trust and perception. I am also an Image Consultant & Soft Skills Trainer certified by the Image Consulting Business Institute. I specialize in Image Management, Etiquette - Business & General, Grooming, Personal Style, Body Language, Communication & Lingerie. Over the last 3 years I have conducted several workshops on these topics and One on One Consulting is something I am very interested in. I also train aspiring future Image Consultants at ICBI. I have a background in Psychology and Real Estate and both these fields too work around and deal with individuals. I strongly believe that you are YOUR VISUAL RESUME and it’s all about creating A WINNING IMPRESSION. As an Image Consultant I believe dressing to Win is not shallow, vain or phony. You are not coning people, simply setting an emotional and physical climate for success. Dressing well makes people stop and take notice thus affording you the added advantage of time to prove your worth. Image Management helps to provide you with lifestyle contents that will inspire and help you maintain an attractive and positive image which will ultimately empower you to achieve high-quality living and be successful in life. s an Image Consultant I believe that your Image conveys much more than words can express. Perceptions matter. Something else that I am extremely passionate about is a Workshop I conduct called "Foundation Matters". This workshop is about Lingerie. It is about the fit, size and shape. I believe that just like a building to stand strong needs a strong foundation, similarly if you want your clothes to work for and not against you then the first thing you need to get right is your lingerie. Fashion is not about what you're wearing but how you wear it! To make this simpler – it is my goal / aim to make you look and feel good – feel the best every day of your life. It gives me immense pleasure and pride to witness the change in the manner in which my clients transform through my teachings.
