With a robust background in IT Systems and Engineering, I have honed my skills in task automation and technical support. During my tenure at Ontario Public Service, I achieved significant improvements in task automation and compliance with security standards by developing PowerShell scripts and managing Azure Active Directory audits. My experience at Tata Consultancy Services further solidified my expertise in client application support and incident management, where I enhanced resolution efficiency and improved SLA compliance through strategic collaboration and automation. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Cloud Computing for Big Data from Lambton College, Toronto, where I focused on courses that equipped me with the latest industry knowledge and skills. My academic journey began with a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology, India, where I laid the foundation for my technical expertise. In addition to my professional and educational pursuits, I have actively engaged in volunteer work as a Fundraising Coordinator for Red Cross Canada.
