About Anisha Franklin

Anisha is a senior counsel at the holding level of the world’s largest shipping, logistics and cruise conglomerate, advising top management on group-wide strategic corporate and finance initiatives and targets and implementing the same globally, across divisions and departments. Leveraging her in depth understanding of both common and civil law jurisdictions with over a decade of private practice and in-house experience, Anisha is passionate about serving the international finance, trade and transportation (commercial and passenger) industries. Anisha’s cross disciplinary experience spans from advising on and leading negotiations on complex cross-jurisdictional financings (export-credit, asset, project, corporate, real-estate and tax-leveraged), construction contracts, hedging strategies and derivative contracts and drafting contractual frameworks to driving cases to successful resolution through international arbitration, mediation, settlement and court proceedings (substantive proceedings, interim relief, worldwide freezing orders, asset disclosure and arrests across jurisdictions). Anisha is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales and sworn in with the Paris Bar.
