As a fintech advisory professional for over 20 years 15 of them in data-driven analytics I help organizations build and launch new products and solutions for the digital (API) economy specializing in process engineering and machine learning technologies – formulating go-to-market strategies designing launching products and solutions and being a key driver for revenue growth across Digital Banking Financial Services and Credit Bureaus firms adopting digitization. I specialize in credit risk management having spent a significant time working for/with credit reference agencies like Transunion and Equifax apart from Banks like HSBC Citibank BDO and BPI. A lot of my work in the last several years has been in SEA primarily the Philippines lending market focused on credit risk where I have helped launch several products and built go-to-market strategies for the Bureau – covering analytics scores credit decision management and ekYC/ Fraud. Helped to revive an underperforming business line for the bureau and helped make it profitable and later doubled the revenue the following year. Work closely with the central bank CIC bankers’ association BAP (200+ member entities) CCAP (19 members) and the credit bureaus locally to build lasting solutions for lending institutions. I consult with the Fintech Accelerator Program in Cyberport HK and sit on the board of airstem.ai a newly founded EdTech start-up. I have a good analytical mindset with strong abilities to convert market needs into business and ensure timely delivery to provide tangible business value to stakeholders. I am capable of building compelling business cases for key initiatives across credit and fraud risk for commercial feasibility.
