About Anit Kaushik

I started my Bachelor of Technology in August 2014, diving into the world of manufacturing. Seeing how raw materials, like metals, turn into machines used in building cars, planes, and rockets always excites me. During my bachelor's at Kurukshetra University, I did an internship with Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL). It gave me a good look at working with automobiles and aeronautics manufacturing. I got into figuring out the best speed and feed for tools, showing my attention to detail in manufacturing. Six months before finishing my degree, I got two job offers. I chose Kartar Agro Pvt. Ltd. There, I took on a crucial role in engineering, focusing on agile manufacturing. I became skilled in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, using them for designing parts and managing supply chains. I also played a key role in quality assurance for the accuracy in small parmeters. I received recognition for completing projects right the first time and on schedule. I suggested kaizen, improving processes, and got praised and rewarded for it. Wanting to learn about the sales side of the industry, I switched to Cellrox Lifesciences. I got hands-on experience in sales, working closely with customers and suppliers to solve problems. I also negotiated contracts, understanding more about how business works. Even though my title was Sales Executive, I collaborated with all departments. After moving to Canada, I excelled in Process Quality Engineering at Conestoga College. In December 2023, I finished my Project Management studies. Currently, I am working at Great Canadian Casino as a Marketing Dealer, where I maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere, providing customers with a pleasant gaming experience. With more than six years dedicated to engineering and sales, I believe I can bring valuable skills and experience to your organization.
