Working at the intersection of software and business, I speak both tech and exec. With 10+ years of experience in customer success roles, I know how to drive results through building relationships and manage projects from concept to completion. Whether supporting technology that matters or doing what's needed to bring organizations to the next level of operational, programmatic, or financial maturity, I bridge people and causes with resources and solutions. As a first-generation college graduate and AmeriCorps alum, I'm resourceful and comfortable with doing more with less, work against the odds, and hold steady in the midst of uncertainty. While I value doing things right, I value doing the right thing even more. I stay humble, not small. In my spare time, I enjoy networking at hackathons and competing by coding, prototyping, and pitching in the role of project manager and/or tech lead. One thing to know about me is that I hate running, but I do it anyway — I even ran in 2018 Boston Marathon's freezing rain.
