With over 16 years of experience in HR, I manage the HR operations for Coats, the world's leading industrial thread and consumer textile crafts company. I hold an MBA in HR and Marketing from GRG School of Management Studies, and I have expertise in employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance. My mission is to align the HR policies and processes with the organizational goals and values, and to foster a culture of engagement, motivation, and satisfaction among the employees. I have successfully led and executed multiple projects and initiatives, such as implementing a new payroll system, streamlining the onboarding process, and enhancing the employee relations program. I also collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide strategic HR support and guidance. I am passionate about learning new skills and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR.
