Designation - Business Partner Relationship Champion The Business Partner Relationship Champion (BPRC) has relationship responsibility for IBM Business Partners as well as internal client relationships acting as a single point of contact across fulfillment activities (opportunity to cash). Possessing end-to-end process knowledge, the BPRC manages business partner relationships and requirements in areas such as issue resolution, coordination of complex activities and transactions, and consultations on methods of conducting business and enhancing the relationship. The BPRC has a project leadership role across the ISC to enhance overall satisfaction with end-to-end fulfillment support, understand business partner internal processes, drive achievement of IBM cash objectives and provide seamless sales support. Roles & Responsibilities-Identify key contacts and develop relationships within the BP organization-Develop insight into the BP’s core business and IBM’s overall strategy to provide value to them-Proactively understand BP’s processes and practices in all aspects of quote to cash-Serve as a “listening post” for STS and ISC. Identify issues impacting the BP and provide feedback to process leads and management-Drive e-initiatives to improve BP satisfaction, and IBM/BP process efficiency efficiency -Serve as a catalyst on any STS related BP complaint and drive timely resolution -Serve as interface between the client, sales and STS/ISC on significant receivables disputes -Proactively identify dis-satisfiers through the Set/Met process and ongoing dialogue with the BP-Conduct Ride Along surveys to get feedback on delivery-Support the operations / centers communicating key BP information as needed and assist in the resolution of issues as applicable -Coordinates complex activities
