I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a passion for enhancing business performance through employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and talent development. I have successfully handled end-to-end employee lifecycle, performance management, organizational development, reward and recognition, reporting and analysis, stakeholder management, employee data, payroll inputs, learning and development, employee discipline and grievances. I have also partnered with clients and senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and vision.
