I love to generate new ideas and devise feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. I enjoy embracing the lessons learned from failure, stand up and continue to grow. I am a results-driven and a technically inclined professional offering 10+ years of experience in software development, analysis, design, testing, support and maintenance of software applications using IBM Lombardi BPM Version 7.0.1, 7.2, 8.0.1, 8.5.7, 8.6 and BAW(Business Automation Workflow) technologies. I possess the comprehensive skill set and hands-on understanding necessary to affect positive, overreaching outcomes in this role. I am skillful in handling entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, test case preparation and implementation using SDLC and BPM Application. I have been associated with BNY Mellon Technology Pvt Ltd, Chennai, India as Technical Lead since October 2010, where I have interacted with the team and analysed requirements for the enhancements to the project. I have also developed prototype and POCs for client to demonstrate the workflows and designed the Business Process and developing Services to support the implementation. Along with my skills, I bring a resourceful and energetic environment in the organization, with a desire and willingness to work with others. I have consistently followed expected precision and quality standards as set by the management and possess an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
