Experienced Web & Mobile Senior Agile E-commerce Tester / Test Lead / Test Manager Have extensive experience doing functionality Testing in SAP Hybris and detailed Accessibility testing for TK Maxx website using NVDA on Desktop and Voiceover & Talkback on Mobile devices. Have been a Test lead in Cognizant in 2006 managed Testers mainly allocation of work and gathering Test metrics as well as been a hands-on Tester, involved in all other Testing activities like Test Planning, Test Preparation, Presenting Test summary during all my management roles. Have been a QA Manager in MC Saatchi in 2012 to 2013, managing multiple clients like Boots, IKEA and O2 at the same time. Prepared detailed Test Summary and Reports. Have worked as Test manager in Reference point from 2015 to 2020, initiated the Testing team, hired few Testers, and managed them daily on work allocation and progress, and have also been a hands-on Tester and worked closely with my Team members on various projects, mainly for London Railway network. Major Websites Tested: TK Maxx, Samsung, IKEA, O2, Gucci, Volkswagen, Mazda, MINI, Burberry, London National Rail Network, Australian Rail Network, Lexus, Macmillan etc. Major Mobile Apps Tested: Boots Christmas App, O2 App, SteadyPay App, Sentinel Railway App etc. Possess Expertise in spotting Bugs on Customer journey on Ecommerce platforms by searching relevant products, adding items to the basket, thoroughly testing payment process, reviewing the Orders etc. Worked in a number of Digital agencies like Tangent, Vice, Sprint Studios, Syzygy, Spinnaker etc as well on financial projects involving different payments. Have worked for C.Hoare & Co Bank, a leading Investment Bank - Tested all of their main Banking Applications. Have tested different types of payments like Stripe payments, Paypal payments, judo payments, Sage payments and banking payments (like CHAPS, standard orders, Direct debits, International Payments etc) Experienced Front-end and Back-end Web Tester, worked on a number of Content management systems (CMS) like Magento, WordPress, EPiServer, Sonata etc. In few of my roles, I was the first person to join the Testing team and initiated all Testing processes. Was a Sole Tester for 2 years and then expanded the team by recruiting additional Testers. Last role worked: Was a SAP Hybris tester at Samsung.
