About Anitra Moss

A mission-driven leader, strategic visionary, and passionate advocate with over 15 years of experience empowering communities, building organizational culture, and driving impactful programs. Guided by the belief that when we empower and educate, we transform lives, I've dedicated my career to advancing child welfare systems, maternal health, strengthening families, and championing equity. As Director of Outreach Education at Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, I design and lead innovative outreach strategies, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and oversee programs that improve maternal and infant health outcomes. My role blended leadership development, advocacy, and program execution to meet the needs of at-risk communities. In addition, I serve as President of the Ulysee Community Development Corporation, where I provide vision and strategic guidance to support business growth, sustainability, and holistic family services. My executive and nonprofit leadership experiences were also displayed during my tenure as President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, West Palm Beach Chapter, where I proudly championed programs in health, mentorship, economic empowerment, and leadership development. Recognized for fostering collaboration, mentoring rising leaders, and turning vision into action. In my current role as Office and Client Manager at Florida Rural Legal Services, I oversee client needs while designing and implementing social service programs that make a real difference. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy, which has strengthened my ability to support individuals, families, and communities through both strategic leadership and compassionate service. At the heart of all my work is a passion for empowering people, strengthening families, and building partnerships that drive equity and lasting change.
