Currently I am working as a Senior Executive at Pernec Payphone Sdn Bhd as an Senior Operation Executive. My main responsibility are as follow: 1) SERVICE ASSURANCE I am responsible to liase with the Service Provider (TM) to ensure that any problems related to Phone Line Network Problem was well entertained. I also responsible to submit any Phone Line Maintenance (New application & relocation ) to TM and also responsible to monitor the Line fault Management. On top of that I also responsible in assisting Revenue Assurance Manager in managing Bill dispute & Advice for billing. 2) SPARE PARE MANAGEMENT I also responsible to support all the Zones requirements in managing Public Phone Spare Parts demand & supply. PART TIME JOB: I also work as part time Healty & Beauty Consultant for Hai-O Marketing.
