About Anja Grueterich

Experienced Graphic Design Artist with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. Long term employment in the berry sector. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Marketing, Management and Leadership. Arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Marketing & International Business from California State University-Chico. My passion is problem solving and working in teams! I do my best work when consulting and elaborating with my colleagues, friends in the same field, or even a simple conversation with a stranger. As a former international student, interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds has taught me to keep an open mind. Hearing people’s stories has always been fascinating to me and helped me improve my active listening and communication skills. I consider one of my strongest assets enabling and motivating others. Organizing trade shows and other events is probably my favorite part of my current job. Planning the outlines of our stands with construction companies, so they meet everyone’s needs can be challenging, but nothing is more rewarding than seeing everything come together. I’m determined in finding the ideal solution since a good idea doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the best one yet. I’m flexible and quick to adapt to different concepts if it means a greater benefit for my company can be foreseen.I’m highly motivated and place a lot of emphasis on my customer relations and organizational branding. Being attentive and professional in my position means that my colleagues can focus their attention efficiently on their clients, prospects and projects. To keep a balance in life, I follow my passion of traveling and playing sports. Rescuing animals in addition to spoiling my own has been a big part of it. While working on the computer most of the day, spending a lot of time outside in nature and the gym has always helped me unwind and recharge.
